Moto X is an exciting sport carried out at a furious pace. This image was created to give that impression as the riders race away from the starting gate. Although this is a composite of two images, all the motion and blur effect was created 'in camera'. I used a combination of a slow shutter speed and a zoom during the exposure to produce a contemporary impression of this dynamic moment.
